That Dreaded Hill
Let's face it, the Northern Suburbs and Beaches are not short of a hill or two. Doesn't matter what suburb you're living in I'm sure you are just a short stroll away from an abundance of hilly terrain. There are two ways you can either look at hills- as a reason to avoid walking or running in the area or as a challenge.
Sunday Morning Circuit
It's the weekend, you wake up look outside and it's a beautiful sunny morning. What better way to kick start the day than to head to a local park or water side destination and do a 30 minute circuit session. It gets the heart pumping, the muscles working and the sweat up without feeling like you're eating too far into your final day of the weekend.
